  My experience was excellent. He has done 2 separate surgeries on me. He did my lower back and my neck. Both times I was up walking within 8 hours of surgery and released from the hospital after lunch the day after surgery. My prescription was to walk several times a day.

  Dr. Hoshek runs the worst medical care facility I have seen in my life. Spinal surgery and neurosurgery incorrectly diagnosed and done can cause lifelong pain. crippling and death. Three "neurosurgeons" in his office gave difference diagnoses! His office staff is the most inefficient, rude, and mistake-prone I have seen. Recently, I have had many health problems and have seen perhaps 100 medical receptionists, nurses, technicians, doctors, etc. The personnel here, in my opinion, are the WORST by far. I would be terrified to be treated in this office. Go to Eisenhower Medical Center or UCLA for much better care. Be sure to select a board-certified neurosurgeon. Scientific American published an article stating that medical error killed 100,000 patients each year in the USA. Now, 10 years later the same study was done finding that medical error kills 200,000 each year! In my opinion, it is places like Dr. Hoshek's that are responsible. There is no telling are many are permanently crippled and deformed by error. Some suggest it is four times the number killed by error.
