  On my first visit, the staff seemed very nice. I was put off by their downing every product for dogs except their own products they sold in their facility. The doctor was very nice. I signed up for their insurance program. The front desk staff at that time was very, very rude and insisted that I had to pay a much larger amount than the insurance program said. They withheld my puppy's medication until I was forced to go home and retrieve more money and bring it back to get my puppy's much needed medication. A few days later, only after I called many times to say that I was overcharged, than (finally!) they realized their mistake and said they could put it in an account, they could not give me the money back. I should have learned my lesson. I went once more, using part of my account for services I thought were included in the insurance, it was printed out that my puppy would receive a number of services over the next year. It looks very good on paper, the reality is that you will be paying about $57 monthly, and when you do see them for said services, they ALWAYS attach charges that they give a vague explanation for. The last straw was when they claimed I did not pay for 3 months of my insurance fees, even though I had. They refused to look at my bank statements, claiming that their own records were accurate. I ASKED FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY ACCOUNT BACK, AND THEY REFUSED TO RETURN IT TO ME, NOR WOULD THEY LET ME PUT IT TOWARDS ANY SERVICE. NOW THEY CLAIM IT IS THE PROPERTY OF VCA- ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING THAT THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS. I needed to get my puppy spayed and even with insurance, it would cost me at LEAST $150 additional. I decided to take my puppy elsewhere. I just received a notice stating my dog needs a check up. I think just for fun, I am going to ask how much this will cost. THIS FACILITY IS A COMPLETE SHAM. THEY ARE TYPICAL OF VETERINARIANS THAT OVERCHARGE, TAKE MONEY THAT DOES NOT OFFICIALLY BELONG TO THEM AND TOTALLY TAKE ADVATAGE OF THE OWNER'S LOVE FOR THEIR PET. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLAIM THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT. BEWARE OF THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES, THEY ARE EITHER TOTALLY INCOMPETENT OR THEY ARE THEIVES. THEIR INSURANCE PLAN IS A TOTAL SCAM AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. DO YOUR PET AND YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
