- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Agarwal is a great Doctor and her patients love her. There is one person in her front office by the name of Charlotte who is very rude, demeaning and unproffessional. I had to deal with her and it was very unpleasant, she was very rude I was so upset at her behavior that I put the patient on the phone with her and she was very demeaning with the patient as well, Very rude. The patient was very upset. I was only trying to help their patient. I work for DRMC myself and I just couldn't believe how someone like Charlotte can be working in the medical field.March 10, 2017by Cala Lily
